How to choose a led grow light for your indoor growing?

Light intensity: Lighting is the food of your indoor plants,More light is equal to more yields.Photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) is expressed as μmol/m²/s which is micro-moles per square meter per second. PPFD describes the number of energy particles (photons) in the photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) range that falls on a one square meter area in one second. ACKE ALP-400W,the PPFD is up to 800 μmol/m²/s at the height of 18″.For the indoor plants in the vegetative growth phase ,suggested 400 to 600 μmol/m²/s, for the Flowering plants phase will benefit from more intense light with 600 to 900 μmol/m²/s.
