Q: Why does it show that there is no SIM card?
A: You must turn off the watch before inserting the activated SIM card. If one fails, try another card. Note: The new card needs to be activated before use. Insert the mobile phone to test whether the SIM card is activated successfully. (Make/receive calls)
Q: The watch can make calls, but cannot answer calls, why?
A: Please check whether the “Reject Unknown Calls”, “Classroom Mode” or “Night Power Saving” function is turned on in the APP. If it is turned on, the watch will not answer incoming calls and the APP can change the settings. Note: In order to ensure children’s rest time, the “Night power saving” function is turned on by default, from 10pm to 6am. (Can be closed by APP)
If you cannot receive a call after turning off the above functions, please use your phone to send text message pw,123456,imsi# to the watch, and send us a screenshot of the response.
Q: Why the watch cannot be charged?
1. After receiving the watch, it is recommended to charge it for 2-3 hours before using it.
2. When charging, the dial of the watch faces down to ensure that the magnetic charging cable is in perfect contact with the charging port
3. Check or charge cord and power adapter. Support 5V power adapter.
3. During transportation, the battery is exhausted and the battery enters sleep mode. Check after 5-6 hours of charging.
Q: What can the app store be used for?
