3) Training Line — 1 inch (25mm) x 52 foot webbing with sewn loop

4) Training Line Ratchet — Carbon-steel construction attached to 8.2 foot (2.5m) webbing strap with sewn loop

5) Arm Trainer — 1 inch (25mm) x 4.6 foot black webbing line
